The Here. cart embraces food and design by providing a mobile platform and temporary retail environment to independent food artisans. Allowing the cart to be open for interpretation and interventions, this rotating platform can supply a space that is available for rethinking nostalgia and traditional rituals around food in the contemporary setting of a mobile pop up shop. As it travels the Here. cart gives fresh perspective to what a shopping space is while developing human connections through food and design.
